As a Registered Nurse - Home Health, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to our clients, including wound care, medication management, and education on disease management. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
