Job Summary

As a member of our Sanitation Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our plant and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-rinse, wash, and sanitize equipment according to company standards.
  • Inspect equipment and complete sanitation checklists.
  • Work with the sanitation manager and quality control technician to correct cleaning deficiencies.
  • Understand and apply cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Set up production lines and equipment according to company standards.
  • Follow safety rules and regulations, including HACCP and GMP.
  • Clean and sanitize baking equipment, including pots and pans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of manufacturing experience is required.
  • Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Shift: 2nd
