Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on new policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
  • BSN degree or higher.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
