About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our nCino and Salesforce environment. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and top-notch digital experiences for our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement nCino and Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our Retail, Commercial, and Treasury Management departments.
  • Develop and administer nCino and Salesforce configurations, including nCino Commercial and Retail configuration, nCino Loan Origination Process, and nCino development and administration.
  • Implement custom applications on Salesforce using APEX programming, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder, Flow, and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools.
  • Conduct and drive agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Release Planning.
  • Define and implement Salesforce environment strategy using Salesforce Sandboxes and define and implement branching and deployment strategy.
  • Integrate multiple technologies and implement REST & SOAP API.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Salesforce, third-party Salesforce systems' vendors, and First Horizon Bank IT resources.
  • Thoroughly understand DevOps and change management process.
  • Exposure to the SFDC data model, data architecture, and data management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of nCino implementation experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
  • 5+ years of design experience, including implementation of custom applications on Salesforce.
  • Expertise in implementing REST & SOAP API.
  • Proficient in Apex and VisualForce - Apex classes, triggers, Apex batch processes, Apex Web services and APIs, Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Components & Controllers, Test coverage classes, and Javascript.
  • Lightning Platform Experience and Mobile development and configuration.
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce SOQL, SOSL.
  • Manage fields/relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, validation rules, email notifications, custom buttons/links, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce Certifications.
