We are currently seeking skilled CNC Operators for our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC Lathes or Mills, demonstrating expertise in CNC programming and operation, particularly with FANUC controls and MasterCam software.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in programming, manufacturing techniques, tooling, and fixturing.
  • Read and interpret machine code accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance manufacturing capabilities and streamline production schedules.
  • Assist in the inspection and validation processes using basic inspection tools, with an emphasis on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of work holding and tooling processes.
  • Ensure all documentation is compliant with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with a strong background in turning/milling, machine setup, tool setting, work holding, and machine operation.
  • Familiarity with FANUC controls is essential.
  • Solid understanding of tooling selection and precision parts inspection.
  • Proficient in Mastercam or similar Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software.
  • Ability to optimize machining parameters such as feeds, speeds, and depth of cuts for improved production efficiency.
  • Strong mathematical abilities and the capability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
  • Commitment to promoting workplace safety, cleanliness, and quality craftsmanship.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly in various formats.
  • Must be a US citizen or possess authorized foreign worker status.
