Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transfer Credit Evaluator to join our team at the University of Oklahoma. As a key member of our Admissions department, you will play a critical role in supporting the evaluation and posting of external transfer credit for prospective and current students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Process Transfer Credit: Review transcripts and determine admissibility, process transcript credit for current students, and evaluate prior learning credit from institutions.
  • Support Recruitment Efforts: Assist with recruitment in-person events and fairs, as well as virtual information sessions, to promote the University of Oklahoma and its programs.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with the Director of Recruitment, Director of Admissions Operations, and the Health Sciences Registrar to ensure seamless support for prospective and current students.
  • Update and Maintain Records: Update the transfer database when changes to OU courses occur and manage access and train new users on the transfer credit process.
  • Perform Other Duties: Assist with audit building for program degree audits, collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic communications regarding admissions, and perform various duties as needed to support the student experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are also essential.
