We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who will take a proactive approach in developing new team members, offering immediate feedback for ongoing education, and crafting educational materials for new processes or follow-ups. This position plays a vital role in improving the lives of both our employees and the individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver essential training sessions and educational programs for all staff, including orientation for new hires.
- Collaborate with Department Leaders and Senior Management to facilitate department-specific training and re-education.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all mandatory training and education requirements related to infection control.
- Maintain membership with relevant professional organizations.
- Act as the Learning Management System (LMS) administrator for the organization.
- Provide additional training and educational resources to address the evolving needs of our staff.
Qualifications
Education: Required: Current RN Licensure
Experience: Preferred: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of psychiatric care techniques and mental health.
