Heavy Machinery Operator

Bowlin Group, LLC is actively seeking two skilled Equipment Operators to contribute to our operations. This position involves the proficient handling of various heavy machinery and equipment essential for construction and maintenance tasks.

• Operate an array of heavy equipment, including bucket trucks, derrick trucks, boom trucks, excavators, skid steer loaders, articulating man-lifts, pressure diggers, trenchers, track crawler loaders/backhoes, and rough terrain telescopic forklifts.
• Interpret and analyze profiles, blueprints, maps, and other written directives to effectively complete assigned responsibilities.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and ensure that all company vehicles and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition.
• Perform additional related tasks as necessary to ensure job completion in a safe and efficient manner.

• Ability to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and perform repetitive motions.
• Capability to regularly lift objects weighing under 10 pounds, occasionally lift items between 10-25 pounds, infrequently lift objects from 25-30 pounds, and infrequently lift items exceeding 50 pounds.

• Work is conducted outdoors, potentially involving exposure to extreme temperatures, inclement weather, noise, mechanical hazards, electrical hazards, and varying lighting conditions.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in operating a variety of heavy machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Must possess or qualify for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
