Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee our full-cycle recruiting process. This individual will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and initiating recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and on-site interview support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate assessments
* Conduct interviews and provide on-site interview support
* Coordinate and implement pre-employment onboarding activities with new hires
* Develop and maintain job descriptions and interview guides
* Qualify candidates based on job requirements and apply behavioral-based interviewing techniques
* Work with hiring managers to identify interview teams and competencies
* Maintain the integrity of the behavioral-based interviewing process
* Analyze recruitment metrics and propose improvements
* Maintain a cost-effective approach to the recruitment and hiring process

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field, required
* 4+ years of recruiting experience, in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferred
* HR Certification, preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

Working Conditions:
* Office, travel, and outdoors/indoors within a manufacturing plant and mine environment
* Prolonged sitting/standing, lifting objects (up to 40 lbs), extended/irregular hours, bending, climbing, kneeling, stooping
