About the Role

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Cyber Security Engineers and providing technical leadership and mentoring to ensure the success of our SSE security solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cyber Engineering, with a concentration on SSE security, and experience working with proxy and Zero Trust Network Access technologies. You will be responsible for providing technical project management and oversight, as well as hands-on support at an SME level within areas of focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of Cyber Security Engineers
  • Develop and implement SSE security solutions and projects
  • Collaborate with partnering teams to support solution development and deployment
  • Provide technical project management and oversight
  • Ensure proper resource assignment and troubleshooting initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing projects
  • Expert level technical and operational experience with Palo Alto Prisma solution and BlueCoat proxies
  • Experience implementing and managing Unified Threat Management solutions and Zero Trust Network Access
  • Expert level experience in Cyber Engineering with a concentration on SSE security
