Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
  • Diagnose and rectify equipment failures to reduce operational interruptions.
  • Work alongside process engineers to fine-tune equipment configurations.
  • Examine equipment performance metrics to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement for increased reliability and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for maintenance, upgrades, and procurement of spare parts.
  • Assist in the setup and validation of new equipment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of equipment specifications and procedures.
  • Provide training to technicians and operators regarding equipment usage and upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead or engage in equipment-related projects from inception to assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth operation of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of pertinent experience.
  • Proficient data analysis capabilities.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
