Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Domino's Pizza LLC's high standards of quality and safety
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza LLC, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly to respond to customer needs. You will also be exposed to varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands.
