About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Domino's Pizza LLC's high standards of quality and safety
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
Working Conditions
