Coffee Barista

Key Responsibilities:

As a Coffee Barista at Dufry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a great experience for our guests. This includes greeting all guests with a smile, taking food and drink orders, and answering any questions they may have. You will also be responsible for preparing quality beverages and food products consistently, while adhering to recipe and presentation standards. Additionally, you will need to stay calm during periods of high volume and keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong social skills and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as perform basic math skills to accurately count money and make change.
