Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic critical care environment. As a Respiratory Therapist at Host Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
About the Role
- Provide respiratory care to critically ill patients, including mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and other interventions as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' respiratory status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and develop treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes
