Critical Care Nurse

We are currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse for a challenging opportunity in the Emergency Room setting at one of our esteemed facilities in Washington, DC.
About the Position:
This is a full-time assignment with excellent compensation and benefits package. Our client offers a competitive salary of $$110,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits including day one medical, dental, and vision insurance, license, travel, tuition, and scrub reimbursement, matching 401k, deluxe private housing or generous housing stipend, and discounts to your favorite activities, restaurants, health and beauty services, shopping, and hotels.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room setting.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet unique needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington, DC.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Care Nursing, preferably in an Emergency Room setting.
- Excellent clinical skills and judgment, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
