Job Description

Citizens Bank & Trust is seeking a highly skilled Central Consumer Loan Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing approved loans for closing, including preparing loan documents, general ledger tickets, checks, and wires. You will also work with third-party providers and have knowledge of bank loan policy, procedure, and loan regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare adverse action letters and process/closed out all non-originated loans.
  2. Work with numerous third-party providers (i.e. appraisers, surveyors, attorneys, flood determination companies, etc.).
  3. Knowledge of bank loan policy, procedure, and loan regulations.
  4. Prepare loan documents utilizing the Laser Pro doc prep software system.
  5. Prepare various general ledger tickets, checks, and wires in order to disburse loan proceeds and prepare file for booking.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in various software systems (i.e. Laser Pro, JackHenry, Word, Excel).
  • Able to operate and work email and attachments, Internet, fax, phone, calculator, and typewriter.
  • Knowledge of loan regulatory compliance regulations.
  • Typing and filing skills.
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
