Job OverviewThe Store Leader is a key role in driving business success and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position is responsible for leading and directing all store activities to achieve sales objectives, guest service standards, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, select, and develop high-performing teams to drive sales and guest satisfaction
- Lead by example, ensuring a positive and inclusive store culture
- Manage store operations, including payroll, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and promotions
- Monitor and analyze business reports to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales and operational goals
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive company-wide initiatives
- 2+ years of store management experience in retail or hospitality
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze business trends and make data-driven decisions
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting
