As a Maintenance Technician at IRT Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and complete repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of appliances, fixtures, and equipment
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • EPA I, EPA II, and CPO certifications preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
