As a Maintenance Technician at IRT Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and complete repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC systems.
We are looking for a skilled and energetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our residents. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property maintenance or a related field
- EPA I, EPA II, and CPO certifications preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
