About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to ensure they are safe and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills
  • Inspect, repair, and diagnose various vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, and air conditioning
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing automotive technology
  • Promote teamwork to deliver excellent guest care during all operating hours
  • Maintain expected standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license
  • Must have three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
  • A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension and A5 Certification in Brakes and State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification
