About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor at IRT Living, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department and ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-family communities. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service to our residents while maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Community and Regional Manager to develop and implement property maintenance plans and initiatives.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the service team, empowering them to perform at the highest level.
  • Prioritize work orders and delegate assignments to ensure all service requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Lead by example and troubleshoot/complete service requests as needed.
  • Ensure the service team adheres to budgets and provides the highest level of service and resident relations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property maintenance or a related field.
  • Experience in lease-ups or new constructions.
  • EPA I and EPA II certifications required.
  • CPO certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to push and pull appliance dolly up to 200 lbs., move objects from one floor to another.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and be courteous & helpful to residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.
  • Valid Driver's License.
