About the RoleAs a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with us, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes patient care and clinical excellence. You will work closely with our experienced clinicians to provide high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patients' mental health conditions using evidence-based evaluation tools and techniques
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Prescribe and manage medications as necessary, while also providing therapy and counseling services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatment plans
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A valid license to practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in one or more US states
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, particularly those with complex mental health needs
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy principles and practices
