About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in New Orleans. As a Nurse at DaVita, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
Job Description
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana
- 1+ years of experience in nephrology or critical care nursing
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
