Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
This role serves as a key leader in providing patient care by utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. The ideal candidate will effectively delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members, assuming accountability for quality patient outcomes. They will also demonstrate sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in all interactions and maintain involvement in activities aimed toward the achievement of unit and departmental strategic goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will exhibit professional responsibility and accountability for their own practice, supporting the company's philosophy of nursing. This includes remaining knowledgeable on current federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensuring compliance with all such laws, regulations, and standards.
