Position Overview:

We are actively seeking dedicated Paramedics who are committed to providing exceptional and empathetic medical services to our community. This role involves delivering both basic and advanced patient care in a variety of emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate each emergency call to determine the most effective response, adhering to established Paramedic protocols.
  • Employ advanced medical techniques and equipment, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, and intravenous fluids, to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Engage with patients and their families to provide reassurance and information regarding the care being administered.
  • Lead the Paramedic team, overseeing scene management and unit operations as necessary.
  • Operate the ambulance during emergency responses.
  • Collaborate professionally with other healthcare providers and public safety personnel, as well as fellow Paramedics.
Additional Duties:
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and foster strong community ties.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid State Paramedic License.
  • Current State Driver's License.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, and NREMT-Paramedic credential.
  • Driving record that meets company standards.
  • Successful completion of a Physical Agility Test.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
