What does a Culinary Service Associate do at The Johnny Rockets Group, Inc.?
SUMMARY: Provide a dynamic and engaging dining experience while serving classic American dishes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborating as a team player.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
  • Utilizing kitchen tools effectively.
  • Delivering an entertaining experience to guests.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing dishes.
  • Preparing shakes, beverages, and side items.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and understand basic instructions, including safety guidelines and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions provided in various formats.
