Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Job Summary: Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to work in a school setting in the Milton, Florida area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to students
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active or pending state SLPA license
  • Previous school experience and IEP exposure preferred
  • Guaranteed hours for direct/indirect services and weekly pay
  • Industry leading benefits in Health, Dental, Vision, and Matching 401(k)
