Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our clients, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a BCBA to oversee the completion of assessments, programming, report writing, parent education, collaboration with other professionals, RBT supervision and training, and conduct and engage in family and circle of care meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Programming: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address client goals and objectives.
  • Report writing: Prepare and submit reports to clients, families, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Parent education: Provide education and support to parents and caregivers to enhance their understanding of ABA therapy and promote client progress.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other professionals, including RBTs, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • RBT supervision and training: Supervise and train RBTs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality services.
  • Family and circle of care meetings: Conduct and engage in family and circle of care meetings to ensure client needs are met and progress is tracked.

Requirements
  • BCBA certification: Must hold a BCBA certification.
  • Master's degree: Must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience as a BCBA preferred.
