Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavior analytic interventions to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention Design: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and design evidence-based interventions to address these needs.
  • Collaboration and Training: Work closely with families, staff, and stakeholders to develop and implement behavior support plans, provide professional training, and offer on-site technical assistance.
  • Compliance and Professional Development: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications
  • Education and Certification: Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field, and BCBA certification.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience working with developmental disabilities and behavior analytic services, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead clinical meetings.
  • Licensure and Background Check: Applicable licensure and ability to pass a fingerprint-based background check.
