360 Mechanical is seeking a skilled technician specializing in HVAC and Plumbing. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting various client sites to assess their existing systems, diagnose issues, and carry out essential repairs or regular maintenance. Additionally, you will be tasked with the installation of new systems, ensuring optimal performance. Our clientele includes both commercial enterprises and residential properties, necessitating familiarity with a range of HVAC equipment from small units to large systems. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in HVAC repair and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to designated locations as per schedule
  • Evaluate customer concerns regarding their HVAC systems
  • Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems for safety and efficiency
  • Execute necessary repairs and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems as required
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all HVAC tools and resources
  • For this specific project, installation of LG VRF systems will be required.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited HVAC training program or apprenticeship
  • Possession of a valid state HVAC technician license
  • Certification from the Environmental Protection Agency for refrigerant handling
  • Proficiency in using both manual and power tools
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Self-motivated and reliable work ethic
  • Ability to take initiative and lead
  • Willingness to assist colleagues
  • Availability for travel as needed

Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience
