Key Responsibilities:

  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide descriptions of menu items and beverages, deliver food to members and guests in a timely manner, and inform guests of additional options available to them through up-selling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure members and guests are of age before serving alcohol, prepare checks and accept payments, and maintain a clean and organized service area.
  • Event Support: Assist in setting up event spaces, including heavy lifting of 0-50lbs, and provide information about the club when needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and support each other in achieving exceptional customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and guests in a professional and warm manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to take detailed orders, input/operate point of sale system accurately, and prioritize duties to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the front and back of the house.
  • Drive/Passion: Have an ambition to learn, sense of urgency, and hyper-sensitive to the importance of providing exceptional customer service.
