Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is a leading healthcare provider in the region, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing medical technology. Our Outpatient Breast Center is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing comprehensive breast imaging services.

As a Mammography Technologist at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center, you will play a critical role in helping patients receive accurate diagnoses and effective treatment for breast disease. Your expertise will involve operating advanced mammographic radiographic equipment and other devices to perform specialized examinations of the breast.

Our Outpatient Breast Center operates Monday through Friday, with most shifts lasting 8 hours. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate mammographic radiographic equipment and other devices to perform breast imaging examinations
  • Assist patients with positioning and comfort during examinations
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient examinations and results

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • One year of experience as a Mammography Technologist preferred
  • ARRT (M) - Mammography registered
  • BLS certified
