Key Responsibilities:
- General management of administrative and office operations, including front desk coverage and phone calls.
- Coordination of administrative procedures, including treatment medical records and filing.
- Management of budget, petty cash, and program service dollars.
- Liaising with the Accounting Department and ensuring prompt attention to bills received for payment.
- Maintenance and oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash funds.
