**Job Summary**

Our Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and presenting our menu items to the highest standard, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. **Responsibilities**
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures* Work efficiently to meet guest expectations, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food* Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge* Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and concerns
**Requirements**
* Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required* Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends* High school diploma or equivalent required* Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications*
