Primary Objective of the Role:

  • Assembles and integrates components to create complete units. May utilize automatic and semi-automatic machinery in ongoing production and assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Executes tasks essential for the production, assembly, delivery, and inspection of the company's offerings using designated equipment and established procedures.
  • Conducts automated and visual inspections of components to ensure compliance with required specifications.
  • Maintains records of equipment operations.
  • Consults standardized work instructions as necessary.
  • Keeps all workspaces clean, safe, and organized.
  • Completes individual tasks as directed by the supervisor.
  • Ensures adherence to and utilization of all company Quality Management System (QMS) Policies, Procedures, and Documentation.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Essential Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Occasionally lifts weights within specified limits.
  • Regularly navigates around, under, and about factory and/or laboratory equipment and machinery.
  • Majority of work time involves standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
  • Climbs ladders and stairs as needed.
Work is conducted within an automotive components manufacturing, office, and laboratory environment; exposure to heat, cold, and fumes/chemicals may occur.
