Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Lifeguard to join our team at St. Andrew's Parks & Playground. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our pool patrons and enforcing rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of pool patrons by maintaining a visible presence and being prepared to respond to emergencies
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
  • Perform regular safety checks and inspections of the pool area
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
  • Participate in training and certification programs to maintain and improve lifeguarding skills
Requirements
  • Current lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings and evenings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
