Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, receiving and storing shipments, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts as needed.
  • Participate in daily receiving, storing, and picking operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Verify and record all deliveries according to company policy.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse area.
  • Handle customer complaints related to shipments and notify supervisors of any issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in inventory control systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Forklift certification a plus.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include regular talking and hearing, frequent sitting and use of hands, and occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
