Job Summary:

The Uniforms Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's uniform management system. This position is responsible for handling the delivery, inventory, issuance, and return of employee uniforms, as well as all transactions related to the resort's operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receives uniforms from vendors and handles exchanges of uniform items when needed.
  • Issues employee uniforms and nametags, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Coordinates with laundry vendors to maintain the cleanliness and organization of uniforms.
  • Ensures inventory levels are at acceptable levels within the uniform room, utilizing inventory management systems to track and manage stock.
  • Receives uniforms from employees at the end of the season, processing returns and issuing refunds as necessary.
  • Delivers exceptional guest service to internal and external guests, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Maintains accurate cash handling and performs daily sales and closing procedures, adhering to company and departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • No formal experience is necessary, as we will provide training to ensure success in this role.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with a strong physical ability to perform tasks related to uniform management.
