About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Big Stone Therapies, Inc. in Hallock, MN. As a member of our comprehensive health family, you will be part of a collaborative care team that is dedicated to providing the highest level of excellence in patient care.

This position will focus on skilled nursing care following hospitalizations and general geriatrics, with a focus on increasing independence and function. You will have the opportunity to serve all patient populations, including SNF/LTC, Outpatient, Home Health, and Inpatient.

This is a non-benefited position with a flexible schedule based on needs and availability. PRN coverage qualifies for paid travel time and mileage.

Qualifications:
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and be eligible for PT licensing in Minnesota.
