About the Role:

At Big Stone Therapies, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Hallock, MN. As a Casual/PRN therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including SNF/LTC, Outpatient, Home Health, and Inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Eligibility for PT licensing in Minnesota.
