We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology Med Surg Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions, including interventional cardiology, TAVRs, mitral clips, ablations, and catheterizations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
- Valid BLS certification and ACLS certification may be required in designated departments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
