Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our West Strategic Business Unit, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to asset management.
Estimated salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with the management of the entire life cycle including design, construction, commissioning, operating, maintaining, repairing, modifying, replacing and decommissioning/disposal of physical and infrastructure assets
- Understanding and insights in the field of asset management within one or more of the following: financial planning, urban transportation planning, transit management and operations, rail management and operations, budget development and cost allocation principles
- Previous experience managing Asset Management projects and/or staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- 4 years of related experience in infrastructure asset management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Experience in transportation infrastructure asset management (vertical and horizontal infrastructure)
- Project management skills within infrastructure asset management
