Position Summary

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various print manufacturing equipment. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install and maintain print production machinery for both existing and new clients.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, ensuring thorough documentation of all service activities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their concerns and providing effective solutions.
  4. Conduct pre-installation meetings to confirm necessary modifications for equipment setup.
  5. Assist in coordinating logistics for equipment delivery and repair.
  6. Provide training and demonstrations for customers on new equipment.
  7. Maintain accurate records of service performed, including warranty and expense documentation.
  8. Plan daily schedules and manage work orders efficiently.
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance job knowledge and skills.
