About the Role

As an Installation Expert with DISH, you will be representing our brand in customers' homes daily, delivering exceptional customer experiences and educating homeowners on the infinite possibilities of smart home solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in simplifying lives and making a lasting impact on our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent DISH in customers' homes, ensuring seamless installations and outstanding customer experiences
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and expert advice
- Develop strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service
- Work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Aptitude to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers
  • Ability to stand on high ladders (up to 40 feet) for extended periods, lift over 70 pounds at a time, and meet individual weight limit requirements of 335 pounds
  • Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
  • A valid driver's license in the state of employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards
  • Travel may be required

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation: $24.25 per hour

The base pay range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
