  • Alert supervisors and on-site personnel of any irregularities, suspicious behavior, security violations, or safety risks.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports related to incidents.
  • Remove unauthorized individuals from the premises.
  • Exemplify and promote company values while acting as a highly visible presence on site.
  • Perform various job-related tasks as assigned.
  • Document daily surveillance activities and significant occurrences.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of a valid MD Guard Card is mandatory.
  • Completion of all state-required training is essential.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in security is required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Professional appearance is expected.
