Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Ensure that our stores are well-maintained, clean, and organized, and that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, using it to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
  • Customer Service Training: Completion of customer service training programs, such as those offered by the National Retail Federation or the International Customer Service Institute.
  • Inventory Management Experience: Previous experience with inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
