Position Overview
Faithful Home Care Solutions LLC is actively seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with at least 2 years of relevant experience to enhance our compassionate caregiving team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and daily living activities.
- Aid in meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Collaborate with the Caregiver Supervisor to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment for the client.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the agency staff.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the client.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably female.
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) candidates are encouraged to apply, preferably female.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification required.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are necessary.
- Physical and PPD requirements must be met.
- Background checks will be conducted.
- COVID Vaccination Card is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a caregiving team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience with a Hoyer lift is required.

Shift: Overnight Shift, 3 times a week
Compensation
Hourly rate to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
