As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing client requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our custody services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field client inquiries and serve as the primary contact for assigned custody clients
  • Process client requests and provide the highest level of customer service
  • Partner with internal teams to drive client strategies and ensure client requests are satisfied
  • Use Excel for tracking and reporting purposes and use Custody processing systems to enter wire transactions, trades, and other money movements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years prior experience working in Financial Services (or equivalent experience) in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
