We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the MEP industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a variety of commercial and residential construction projects, including service plumbing and ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycles, from planning and design to implementation and completion.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors, and other professionals to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
  • Ensure project compliance with all industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays, and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the procurement process, including contractor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements.
  • Coordinate the project staff to ensure effective and efficient execution of project tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or field experience.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial and residential construction projects, including service and plumbing.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, material, and project management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
