Position Overview
As a pivotal member of Olsson's Facility Engineering and Design Team, you will be at the forefront of engineering excellence, delivering comprehensive services for a variety of large-scale projects, including commercial developments, healthcare facilities, laboratories, educational institutions, data centers, and military installations.

Your role as a Lead Structural Engineer will involve not only the design of complex structures but also ensuring the utmost standards of structural integrity and compliance across our diverse project portfolio.

• Lead the structural design process for a variety of projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers, promoting skill enhancement and professional development.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in structural engineering to implement cutting-edge practices.

Qualifications:

You bring to the team:

• A Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) is preferred, though not mandatory.
• A minimum of eight years of experience in structural engineering, particularly in facilities design.
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
• Registration as a professional engineer is required.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit is preferred, but not essential.
