Key Responsibilities
  • Design and analyze load-bearing structures and structural elements, such as buildings, equipment supports and foundations.
  • Perform structural analysis of new and existing structures for both gravity and lateral (wind and seismic) load conditions.
  • Prepare structural calculations, reports and details of structural elements that conform to client, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and designers to ensure a coordinated, constructible, and complete design.
  • Interface with clients and external partners to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in a design firm setting.
  • Fundamentals of Engineering Exam registration or completion preferred.
